Chromium Carbide Hardfacing Overlay Distributor Chute

Chromium Carbide Hardfacing Overlay Distributor Chute is provided with an overlaying hard liner plate, a wear-resisting liner plate is arranged on a first discharging point in the stainless steel chute body; and the high temperature-resistant coating is sprayed outside the stainless steel chute body. According to the material distribution chute, the wear-resisting liner plate is arranged on the first discharging point in the chute body, and baffle blocks for fixing the liner plates are arranged at the end of the chute body, so that the actual service life of the chute can be effectively prolonged; and the high temperature-resistant protection coating is sprayed outside the chute body, so that the outer part of the chute body can resist high temperature effectively.

A distributor chute for bulk material, in particular for use in a bell-less blast furnace top charging device, has several inclined transverse plates in the region of its impact zone. The transverse plates create retaining pockets between their inner faces and the surface of the distributor chute. Two adjacent transverse plates limit between the outer face of the first transverse plate and the inner face or the second transverse plate a retaining chamber. If the inclination of the chute is reduced, the bulk material moves from the retaining pocket to the retaining chamber.

Q1: Why are there so many cracks?
